which tuner for ecu upgrade on 03 cl600?
not sure which tuner to go with. veloce, evotech, speedinnovations are all in the $2k range. renntech is out of the question at $6k & so is kleeman at $4k.
any good/bad feedback? how much rwhp/tq gain should i expect with this upgrade?

SI and Veloce do not offer TCU upgrades. You do need the TCU upgrade for faster shifting and to maximize the results of the ECU upgrade.

This group has a good rep and Aaron with StealthAuto sells their services. I highly recommend them.

The TCU upgrade is almost as important as the ECU upgrade. I went with AdamG for my upgrades and I couldn't be happier with the results.

So, when I did my ECU/TCU, about a year ago, was that Evotech's software through Renntech? If so, I'd go with Evotech because I was very impressed with the results. Not to mention, I'd imagine there is a significant price difference between the Renntech and Evotech upgrade.
The TCU is important because it makes the tranny much more responsive and behave more like a manual tranny. It will hold the gear longer when you are driving aggressively and will downshift quicker. I noticed a big difference over the stock tranny with the TCU upgrade.

Thank you Jim...
Renntech is selling for $6400 and Evotech for $2595. Personally, I think its a steal considering many tuners don't have a TCU upgrade to accompany its ECU upgrade. And we even have a 7 day money back guarantee!!!!!
