I recently bought a bluetooth adaptor for CL500, part number B67875855.
The car has DVD Command unit, is pre-wired, but does not have a telephone installed. I saw a post on E-class forum on how to install it, but it's not too helpful for the CL (or S-class).
1. Does anyone happen to have installation instructions for the CL or S-class.
2. Would it require additional changes to the Command DVD unit? (I had it 3 weeks ago upgraded to the latest software level)?
3. Being somewhat technically inclined, can I do it myself, or should I just go to the service dept to do it? (being somewhat technically inclined constituted taking out an instrument cluster from my 1992 400SE and re-sautering a new capacitor to stop the cluster resets). I would prefer not to go to the service dept if at all possible...
