Yes!
Squeaking noise
The driver side front is making an unusual squeaking noise. It's partially there when I use the ABC; however, as I'm parking it, the noise reoccurs. Could it be rust? The CL has been sitting in the garage since May 07. Do I need to oil some parts? I barely drive it now.

Squeaks can be difficult to locate. Try pushing the car up and down (on the driver's side fender) while parked to see if it it present. It could be something in the front end causing it, or for that matter the seat rubbing against something or a bunch of other things. Rust would not have anything to do with it.

Sounds like another case of "CL Creek".
Search around in this section and you will see its very common.
Push on the front end first thing in the morning before you get in it.
That first push and you will hear a "CREEK".
First push only. Subsiquint pushes not as noticable ???
NOTE: The dealer will blow you off unless its really bad.

He's right. Had this issue on my CL a while back. Sounds nasty. Push the front fender down a couple of times and see if it makes the noise when it bounces back up. In all likelyhood its the ball joint.
