Can the Benz dealer install body kits?
I was interested in finding out if my local MB dealer can install body kits? I live in Little Rock where there are not any exotic aftermarket/tuner shops.

A MB dealer should be able to install AMG bodykit...unless they are a small dealer, they will outsource it to their local bodyshop. Better if you go directly to a bodyshop yourself. It will save you more money. Dealer will mark it up if you use them.
