What is this pulse button on the cl500

is this massaging seat? or something different.

'03 CL500,& '18 GLS63. Gone: '83 500SEC,'99 500SL,'07GL450

In the owners manual for my 2003 CL500 this feature is listed under:

Seats/ Massage function (PULSE).
This feature was part of the "Dynamic milticontour front seatbacks,pneumatically adjustible, with massage feature" option. Standard on the CL55 and the CL600.
