Well, to be fair, I agree that the new CL550 is sweeeet. I wasn't so crazy about the new body style at first, but it kinda grew on me.
I love my '04 Renntech CL600 because of the power. So the only option for me would be the w216 CL600, not CL550. The 600s IMHO are worth the extra money and I'm hoping to trade my car for one sometime next year.

Yeah you are in the wrong forum. I'm still up in the air on the new style. Don't get me wrong, as a technological marvel the new CL is fantastic and I would love to have one, but it has that huge soft raised front end for pedestrian safety that carmakers are all doing nowadays, and I don't care for that look. Maybe for the next model they will get the explosive hood actuator that the Nissan GTR uses to "pop" the hood up to a pedestrian safe level upon impact.
