I just discovered that the PO of my CL500 purchased a 3 yr ELW less than 12 months ago. I did not buy direct from him. Can I transfer it?

Depends on the contract. I bought a Warranty for my 2002 CL500 for $3,000 at the time I bought the car a year ago. No claims or real problems yet - but if you read around problems are expensive and frequent with these cars.

My particular contract is FULLY TRANSFERRABLE, and most are. Find out the company, and check out the web site.

This warranty is the MB Extended Limited Warranty, purchased at the dealership.
