Will rims from a R129 (1990s SL500) fit a 01 CL500?

Will rims from a R129 (1990s SL500) fit a 01 CL500?
Hi there,

I have a set of rims for a 1990s sl500 R129 body for sale, and a buyer was asking if they will fit on a 2001 CL500 ?

Will they just bolt right on or will it need any adapters/spacers etc? Thanks

what kind of rims ? if i recall the sl off set is not the same as 215/220.

they are staggered 18 inch OZs... wondering if they are direct fit on the CL500 or will they need spacers or adapters? I dont know the offset yet since they are still on the SL
