Do not think Mercedes will do an extended, but aftermarket companies will.

I doubt any extended warranty company will write a lemon law car.
Most warranty companies exclude v12 Benzes in the first place or add a multithousand $$ surcharge. Add a lemon law to the mix and I doubt youll find anyone, but its free to ask a warranty broker and let them shop for you

checked the vin by my mbz service guy. will cover lemon law. extended warr. was $4k. car was a sharp 03 cl600 amg sport with 50,000miles. lemon problems were mainly related to abc suspension.
bid $25k-car sold for $27k
