If you have your manual, it will tell you what weight oils to use. It depends on temps. in your area. I live in Florida and I can use 10W-30, 10W-40, 15W-40, and a few other ranges. i don't remember seeing any "0" weight oils mentioned.

when i went to the dealer for service they used 0-40 grade
the why i ask.
i ranger rover use 10-30
so 10-30 or 10-40 is fine right
change every 3000 mile right

The only oil you will probably find that works is Mobil 1 0W40 European. The important thing is that it says MB 229.5 on the back. You might find the new Mobil 1 ESP Forumula M 5W40 (which will say MB 229.51). There is some question about switching to the ESP 5W40 for non-diesels, so your best bet is the 0W40. If the oil doesn't say spec MB 229.5 or 229.51, don't use it.

okay! so i should use only Mobil 1 synthetic 0w-40 MB and make sure on the back of the oil bottle should also state:
MB 229.5 or 229.51
great information
i also read the owner manual and it also say use 0w-40
i ask the dealer about this they say don't use 10w-30 10w-40 the oil is to thick. bad for the motor
