Currently considering "upgrading" from '07 7-Series BMW to '05 or '06 CL-500.
What should I know and watch out for and any major differences in 2005 vs 2006?

SL55AMG, Ferrari 348, Ferrari Testarossa, Ferrari F40, Ferrari Mondial t, Ducati 916, Indycar
To the best of my knowledge there isn't much difference between the 2 years. From a 'fun factor', you may want to consider the 600. The tuning possibilities with the 600 cars is pretty incredible.
