We can get you part the way there with ~35hp. We also broaden the power band, so that your car's tq delivery comes on sooner and stays longer. It's not 400, but you will love the results.

Easiest way to achieve 400 horsepower is with a little bit of nitrous. Intake, Headers, Cams, High Flow Cats, Sport Muffler, and a complete ECU tune will get you easily over 400 ft-lb's of torque and maybe close to 400 horsepower, but it won't be anywhere near as cost-effective as a bolt on wet nitrous kit.
