Yes and Yes. The CPO and extension are almost the same as the original factory warranty. The major difference is the CPO doesn't cover diagnostic time unless the cause is a warranted item. Good news is that most non wear items are covered.

Don't know what type of CL you are looking for I'm selling my 2005 CL55 with 30,000 miles with MB CPO warranty good till 3/2010. (19 months of full warranty)
