k&n air filter
is it good to replace the stock air filter to K&N air filter?
the dealer inform me that it could cause damage to air flow senor
because of the oil.

The only issues you will have is if you over oil the filter or oil the wrong side. I've run one on various E classes that I've owned over the last 5 years with no issues at all.

Using K&N's properly really helps the engine breathe better. We recommend them for all of the cars that we tune, and it really does enhance our work. The big thing is definitely not over oil them when servicing them. When you buy them new, they are pre-oiled.... all you have to do is drop them in.
