I know this may not help much - - but my car is lowered about 1.5 inches (washer method) and I was interested in this. An alignment at the local tire shop showed a negative camber just slightly beyond what is "normal", which was not bad I figured, for the amount the car was lowered. Now I get into hearsay, but the guy at the tire shop said he has done mercs before and that mercedes sells something under 100 dollars that can fix this. Installation was a bit more. I hope I am not starting a wild goose chase but I figured a lead is better than nothing. Hopefully someone else has more info, because I too am still interested in the idea of correcting the camber.
In the meantime, I have Nittos installed that are supposedly designed to resist early wear from negative camber - - and they appear to be working.
