'02 CL500 Tilt Wheel

When the engine is shut off, the tilt has always raised to its most upper position. Recently, after my wife drove the car, it stays at its set by memory position which happens to be the lowest position making it difficult to exit the car. I wondering if it is something my wife did to shut this feature off or is it in need of repair?

In case anyone is interested, the answer is yes, there is a switch that turns this feature on/off. It is located on the end of the tilt wheel lever. Turning it to you turns in on and the other way turns it off. As they say, when all else fails, read the owners manual. Leave it to my better half to find something like this. I drive the car for 5 years and never find such a switch and she manages to find it the second time she drives it.
