HOw much should I pay for a mint condition 2005 CL600. 44k miles.

It would be very hard to get it for under $25K CPO! I think the fair price is probably $32K.

..... for whatever reason the V-12 600's don't seem to hold value very well. the 55's on the used market are going for the same $$. the 600 models offer a ton of bang for the buck. i was just looking at an 06 with under 25k on the dial for 42k.
