Wheels & TPMS
I'm looking at buying a 2003 cl500 and replacing the stock 17" wheels on it. Does every cl500 of that year have tpms?

'03 CL500,& '18 GLS63. Gone: '83 500SEC,'99 500SL,'07GL450
In 2003,TPMS was offered as a $630 option on the CL500, CL55, and the CL600.

The alternative is the Orange TPMS system. Even works with your iPhone.

Do you know if became standard in 2004, or was is still an option?

TPMS was a "standard safety enhancement which monitors the air pressure and temperature of the four mounted tires" in the CL for 2004.
