Nav system problem

Nav system problem
Wanted to use my navigation today and when I turned it on, it said 00. Sat on the top corner and positioned my car about a 150 miles away from where I actually was. Turned it off and back on, pulled the cd and cleaned it but nothing has changed. Anyone has any thoughts?
