What's wrong? ??

Ok so i gotta 03 cl with 59k miles...
Heres the problem.
Yesterday when i went to start it the key i had wouldnt unlock the car,so i replaced the battery for the key and it still does nothing. The key blinks but the car does not unlock or lock...I have 2 smart keys and a key card and all of them blink...but none of the keys can unlock or lock the car...and when i open the car with the mechanical key my car makes me deaf. The indicator light on the lock button right above the navi is blinkn constant...wich means the anti theft works..
Does anyone know what might be wrong or what i should do?

Ok...seeings how no one here has any insight on what the problem might be...i called the stealership and they said the battery is prolly dead.
So ima go see if manually opening the trunk and attempting to charge/jump the battery does anything...

you can jump start the car from within the hood, you dont have to access the battery

How do i jump it from under the hood?
The stealership says i could have problems with my charging system or alternator..but that wouldnt make sense because then why would the other battery that powers the anti theft system work?Im thinkn i am going to get a new main battery.
Would it be easier to jump it from under the hood and then access the trunk battery to replace it?
Also it doesnt say anything in the manual when i looked in it about jumping it from under the hood...
Will jumping it under the hood screw anything up?
My mechanical key for some reason only goes into the trunk about half way and it wont turn..
So it doesnt seem like i can open the trunk via the mechanical key anyways.

Call up dealer closest to you and ask for assistance. They come out and jump the car for you for free.

Not under the hood, but under the passenger side floor panel. Call Road Side to come and jump it for you.

I had this same problem when the temperature would drop and my car would do the saaaaaame thing. They replaced my ignition and it was better but I sold it before the cold got back here.

Opps, yea I was confusing my BMW with the MB. BMW has terminals under the hood with battery in the trunk. Cant do it this way with the CL
