Contact Cellguy85 on ebay. He is a former MB Cellphone installer and can likely provide whatever parts are needed to convert your older MB phone system to a current one. He has conversion parts, current phone cradles, Bluetooth options and compatible phones with the installed MB proprietary software. Keith is a very knowledgeable about the MB phone system options and a great guy. Consult with him by phone to determine what you need and all the communication options available.

No way the phone can be converted. The old system is analog. Can't convert to digital. As for bluetooth for the factory system. You can use a $20 plug in lighter unit from Amazon that matches with an unused radio frequency with excellent results. To integrate into the analog/optical radio requires a converter that plugs into the Mercedes harness. Try River Oaks Car stereo in Houston,Texas that's where I got mine in 2010. I forgot the name of the system. I do remember it was something you have to get from Europe. A few hundred dollars.. I use the $20 lighter unit in the wifes 2005 Highlander works great no hiss and I can use USB or memory cards too.. Not worth doing more IMO. Save your money for the ABC suspension. system.

Thanks! Did the phone connector look the same as the one in this thread?
I'm trying to figure out what connector I have and what the options are
