06 cl600 w 27k CPO - what's it worth?
keyless, amg, parktronic - Mercedes asking $45k - I can get additional 2 year warranty - so 3 years total - my offer was $40k with warranty (I see that as around $36,500 for car and $3,500 for warranty). Sound about right?

You're low, they'll never do it for that especially if the 2 year warranty extension is any good and it was not included in the original $45K asking price.

I spoke with the owner and will probably buy that. My only hesitation is that in 3 years when the warranty is up that car will be very tough to sell - even in the mid-$20s. But, that's the cost of owning such a great car I guess.
