Running hot i think?
Hi board I just bought a 03 CL 55 and I think the temp might be running hot. After a day of driving the temp was reading between 85 and 95 at the end of the day. Dont know if the car runs this temp because of the supercharger. Anybody know about this?

that doesn't sound too bad to me- my (normally aspirated) CL500 runs about 80 degrees in winter & when driving on the highway in summer. It gets up to 90 degrees in city driving during summer months & approaches 100 degrees while stopped in traffic on hot days.

On the CL55, there is a small intercooler pump right under the front bumper on the passenger side that goes out after a few years. Even diagnostics often miss it (as did the expensive prepurchase inspection I paid for). The part is $115 dollars and goes in fast and easy by even a novice. Two clamps and an electrical plug. And before you ask: here is the link.

A friend with the same problem used a gizmo he plugged into the car while we ripped around. This thing is supposed to bring the temperatures down after accelerating, but they stay very high (mine were over 200 degrees when they should be only 20 over ambient) if this pump is gone. Apparently it is very common to drive around with it busted, and not even notice the horsepower loss. The car's computers give you no indication. But it also hurts your gas mileage.
