Checked my battery level on the command and it reads around 12.30v not running. With the car running it's around 13.8v.

I'm not sure how old the battery is and am considering replacing it with winter coming here in New England.

Anyone care to share what they get for results?

I have always understood that below 12.5volts means a flat battery

You can find battery voltage/percent charge charts in many places on the net. Basically about 12.8v is full and 12.2 is 25%, this is reduced with lowering temp.

Is this accurate my battery at 11.9 and starts fine.

12.3-12.4 after shutoff..

though mine is damaged and the cluster does read different than a voltmeter.

11.5 is the minimum for starting.
