This a good find?
The car: 1997 CL 600 AMG
Options:
-every option available plus halogen lights
-two tone beige interior (plus the car is black)
-bulleproofing (car weighs 3 tons)
-beige swede roof
-AMG wheels (very uncommon and beutifull ones)
-very good condition
-98,500 KM
What are your opinions on this car, because it's very rare. What do you think it should be worth (it's used)?

Here's a Bulletproof 94 on eBay for $75K.

Sounds very high to me.
The 97 you're looking at itself is worth ~$30K. The 600 coupes sold for ~$130K new so the car has lost about 75% of its value.
I think I've seen new bulletproof S500's go for around $150K, or about $70K above stock. So assuming the bulletproofing depreciates at the same rate as the car, the bulletproofing would be worth around $18K, making the car worth $48K total.
All that said, if you don't really need the bulletproofing, you'd be much better off buying a newer 600 or one with less miles and you get more car for less $.
