Has anyone had their front park sensors just go off for no reason?

Has anyone had their front park sensors just go off for no reason?
If you have what was the issue. Mine just yesterday started going off in the red and stayed on until the system cut itself off and now I have no sensors until I take it to the dealership. Has anyone found this to have happened to them and if so what was it. My car only has about 4k miles and its an 06. I can't figure it out and Im sure it wont be a pretty sight when it comes to getting it fixed. Any ideas?
