I have a 03 cl55 with 87k all stock for a 03 s600 91k which one is faster the guy wants to do a even trade

The S makes more torque, but is heavier. With a simple tune, the 600 will pick up a lot of power. I would probably take the trade if you need 4 doors. For pure speed, it's close enough to even.

It would need to have the AMG sport package on the S600 for it to even be a thought. The V12 is a great engine though and you can get huge power from an ECU tune for not much money.
