Exhaust System Question, removing Cats.
I just recently got my 2003 CL600 a ECU tune and had the rear mufflers removed. So now its Cats then Resonators then strait pipes out the back.
In NZ we have no emmission laws, so the Cats are restricting flow for no reason???
The car sounds alot better without the mufflers, its not that loud and you can really hear the engine note.
Mu question is, whats the best exhaust system for these cars to give optimum performance? Replace the resonators with high flow ones? and replace the cats with high flow ones?
Or remove the cats alltogether?
