hey i have a 215 cl 2002, and my comand decided to just not turn on about 2 weeks ago and it haven't worked ever again =[
i tried unplugging the battery and all... but no luck
i also removed the center console and changed both fuses on the back of it
the 5v (beige color) and the 10v (red color) i used the extra fuses that came in the spare kit. They were same voltage but did look different from the fuses in the comand. Not sure if that makes a difference there.
Also my AMP went bad like 2 days before this happened. I removed the AMP but the comand was still working fine for about 2 days. And then it just didnt turn on and never went back on since.
Anyone have any experience in the subject? looking for some help before having to buy a whole new unit or taking it to the dealer for a huge bill =]
2002 w215 cl500, the older style comand (small screen)
Wondering if theres any way to test if the unit is still good or i just simply need a new one!
any help is very much appreciated!!

May be it just muted there, try to push the command stick and then increase the volume, do it two or three times and check:-)
