My first pump seal developed a small leak which over the course of 2-3 weeks turned into a huge leak ultimately ruining the pump due to the air cavitation.
If you can stop driving the vehicle until repair. Once your get air into these pumps the start to destroy themselves and potentially will release contamination throughout your ABC system (Valve blocks, etc).
My recommendation is to source a new pump since the labor and fluid costs to remove/replace and service the system correctly is high. I wouldn't want to have to repeat the process if a rebuilt unit were to fail prematurely.

Okay.....
OP, do yourself a favor and buy a new OEM pump and have that installed. I know people want to save money by buying refurbished pumps but if it fails and you have to replace it again, the money you save on the pump just got eaten up by the labor to install it.
