2004 cl500 telephone unavailable

2004 cl500 telephone unavailable
Hello all,
I bought at the beginning of the month 2004 cl500, it came with the 6310 cradle, hence i bought a mbu-1000 viseeo Bluetooth unit, which worked like a charm since Monday until today, until this morning on the commandos it started saying telephone unavailable, on the dash board it says telephone off... the unit goes on but it seems to not be communicating with the commandos any more.
you can pair the phone with the mbu-1000 even asks you to sync contacts but no communication with the car.
any one here ever encounter this issue? i really want this to work that Bluetooth part works like a charm on the car (at least while it lasted :s) cheers guys.
