Car not starting. Sam unit? Fuse/Relay?

Car not starting. Sam unit? Fuse/Relay?
I pulled this relay off of the Sam Unit. Part #0025421819.
When i shake it sounds like something is loose inside. Can that be a bad relay? Does anybody know what this relay controls? Thanks in advance...
"update" It controls the rear window shade. Nothing was wrong with it. It turns out one of my other relay "0025421519" went out. Changed that and it started right up!
