Market Value of 2005 Cl500
Looking at a 2005 flint grey non sport CL500 31k miles one owner immaculate condition. Any notions on what a good price for it would be?

KBB put the pricing at $20,000 - $22,000
I however have found KBB pricing to be a bit high and rarely see those prices pan out.
The hard to beat part is the low mileage, but keep in mind that these cars dont like to sit and not be used. Many times cars that sit will have more issues (dry seals, etc), than cars that are driven and properly maintained.

Thanks for the feedback. Your estimate was pretty good. The car sold at an estate auction for $22600. I saw the car and it was in near new condition. I had some of the same reservations about the miles not being good for the car. Some evidence of that was a leaking strut at ~30K. The guy replaced with an aftermarket unit. It could be a nice collector car for somebody in the future. As it didn't have the sport package it didn't get my heart beating fast enough to go for it. Still toying with the idea of a W220. Notice that you have a CL55. Are they a lot worse to maintain than the CL500'S?
