fitting 03+ center console in 2000 cl Switch Question
Ok so I'm trying to replace the command 2.5, I am an experienced installed, and know how the Mercedes audio system, d2b, can, etc.. my question is I have found a center console/wood trim from an 03 model with command 2.0, and a dash kit to allow a double din installation. what I have noticed is the switches from the 03+ seem to use different connectors than the 00 - 02.. looks like 03+ uses 3 connectors with a total of 20 pins, and 00 - 02 uses way more that 20 pins, judging by pics, I have star das, for reprogramming, and I also have wis, but I cant find a wiring diagram or pinout anywhere in wis to clarify what its going to take to make the new console work.. first thoughts were I would need at least the connectors for the new switch assembly and would probably have to do some splicing.. hoping some one with more experience could give me some insight or maybe even where to find wiring diagram for that particular switch assembly in wis..
