Just purchased a cl600 out of state and had it shipped in. Needs a windshield, oil cooler replacement, major buff, rims and some small picky stuff. Since its almost pouring oil the cooler is coming first.

Manifold is off
Here is the back of the oil cooler and the wonderful job someone did trying to save there *** sealing it from the outside.
Tear down is over and its time to order some parts.

Pretty frustrated at the moment. Have had two cylinder head bolts break on me now. Clean threads and measured every bolt and they are all within spec. Just bit the bullet and ordered $350+ in new head bolts.
Have any of you reused your head bolts without issue?
