See my interesting story about the case I brought and won against MB under heading of SL forum. It relates to the case I brought against MB for a faulty transmission on a new SL 350 I bought and they denied such a problem existed. Finding was against them after a 5 day hearing during which it cam out that they attempted to interfere with one of my witnesses. Why couldn't they have fought the case fairly - obviously not their style
