fuse removal versus Strutmaster module....

Anyone out there with the coilover conversion try to do the fuse removal trick instead of spending the $200 on the module for the conversion for the ABC switches on the dash?

If so, did the fuses affect anything else or if anyone would know if this would have any projected issues as opposed to just adding the module in.

And on the topic of the module, does anyone have issues on the strutmaster module and have any poor experiences with it?

I am seriously contemplating the conversion and if I do do it, wanted to know which method would be best.

I know the standard ABC gives a great ride, yada yada yada, but lets face it, the costs of maintaining and repairing these components are out living and pricing the value of the car itself. Coilovers in the long run make better sense in both reliability and in the bank account.
