That does seem high (generally for an order that size I pay $20-$30) for normal FedEx shipping. In the past I have had them readjust the shipping price (lowering it) when the items ship and they have true weight, etc.
You can call or email them through your order panel. They are very quick and receptive to customer service issues.
Did you choose an expedited delivery method ?

This is quickly becoming a nightmare. I've been calling and e-mailing all day with no luck. I just looked at the tracking ang the package only weighs 5lbs!!! How can you charge $80.00 to ship 5lbs?!!

Well, I finally received an e-mail saying they are going to credit my acoount $60.00. So if I hadn't complained would they have actually charged me $80.00 to ship a 5lb package?! That's pretty scary.

Good job! You got a great deal on OE Mercedes parts.
When you get the package, I bet its heavier than 5lbs. The front and rear spheres are 5lbs a piece.
I bet the package is closer to 15-20 lbs. in total. Sometimes there will be multiple packages shipped.

My finger are crossed! Thanks for pointing me to them. BTW, is there a way to have the shipping charges verified before they actually complete the order? Or do you think they count on folks not questioning the charges?

Quick update for anybody who cares...lol. I changed all four accumulators and to my surprise only the one on the driver's front side seemed to be defective.I was able to drop a screwdriver all the way into the sphere. The others seemed to be okay but I changed them anyway just to be safe.
I read somewhere else that if your ABC system is working properly, there should be no bounce/jounce whatsoever while the car is not running. If that is indeed the case then I still have other problems because mine surely does move. Will this get better as the system bleeds itself? Or is there something else that I should check? Your thoughts?

Did you do the job yourself? Im waiting on a forth part to come in to get started. Was wondering if theres anything I need to know. Its pretty straight forward right? Locate them and twist them off like a light bulb?

abc pump
I had a bunch of weird symptoms before I finally got the red ABC light (that was two years ago). First thing I did was to replace the ABC pump, had the system flushed and added fresh pentosine. That solved all weird ABC problems.
