2004 mercedes cl 500

My Cluster wont show the PS SEE PIC

My 2004 mercedes cl with 7 speed tranny wont show the PS IN THE LITTLE WINDOWN ON THE CLUSTER, AND BECAUSE OF THAT IT WONT LET THE CAR START. I HAVE ADDED A PICTURE SHOWING WHAT EXACTLY IT DOESNT DISPLAY... PLEASE HELP IM STARTING TO GIVE UP ON THAT CAR

there was a recall on the cluster that ran out i believe sept. 30, 2013. don't think that's your problem, but it may be. call your dealer for details.

The cluster isn't your problem. There is another issue with a system that needs to be diagnosed.

I had a customer with the same exact issue, turned out the be the keyless/go shifter. Not saying that this is your problem, but I would get it diagnosed with mb star first to see what's really going on.

Hi, i have diagnost it and it saying thats the tcm... what i did is disconnected the plug from the tranny and the car started to start and its in safe mode but still doesnt show the PS empty window, could anyone help me to get wiring diagram maybe i have a bad ground or something like that thank you all for you time and help
