Dealer says it's not accident related

My car was parked in the street and someone backed up in to it and my car ended up goin back 10 feet and the alarm did not go off. I turned it on and moved it out of the way and waited for tow truck. Then the alarm start to go off while it was unlocked. And wouldn't respond to the key. When to turn it on And it would not recognize the keys at all not even keyless go. Took it to the mercedes dealer and they said its not accident related, they said it has a bad ignition. The car was working fine and everything was great before it got hit. If dealer says its not accident related insurance wont pay for it. I think its 100% accident related. What you guys think!!?
