W215 2003 CL600 side window seals

W215 2003 CL600 side window seals
The side window seals on my 03 CL600 are getting worn and chipping off a bit. The ones I am talking about are the 'channels' that the window goes up into when sealing. Are these hard to replace and or find? Any info appreciated!

I replaced them on my W215 CL65 and it quite a challenge just to find them anywhere. One piece had to come from Germany. Another found at some dealer in the Northeast etc. The long uppers were very pricey. Don't expect them to be inexpensive for a CL600.
Unfortunately, the metal clips under the rubber can rust away. Rubber is good, clips not. So... that also means be careful about removing them. They may not want to go back on correctly.

It would ge great if you post some part numbers once you get your hands on the seals.
The seals on mine are falling apart,especially on the driver side.A bit offtopic but on my father's 1991 w124 coupe the seals are still in tact.That speaks of overall build quality on 1990s Mercs,compared to 2000s.
Good luck with finding/fitting the seals.
