Hey guys, i just got my first MB and its an 03 cl500 and I was wondering if maintenance would be an issue. It has 38k miles and some pump makes a very slight humming noise when I accelerate, thats the only thing im worried about. Any advice?

Read through the first few pages of threads here- I think you'll easily see the abc pump and abc system as a whole is a major problem on these cars

You should do a complete flush and filter change of the abc fluid and power steering fluid - each has a separate filter

Also consider adding a secondary external filter
