CL500 REAR WINDOWS PROBLEM
Hi, i am having issues with my rear windows on My CL500 2003 5.0. To start with the rear left hand side window does not shut fully no matter what, it goes up and down no problems but doesn't shut that last bit. The second problem is, both rear windows do not operate correctly when opening and shutting the doors, when opening the doors the rear windows do not lower as they should, when the doors are shut the windows do not rise back up into position but instead lower around 2cms. We have tried resetting the windows, including battery reset and module reset, what else could the problem be? could it be that the rear left window is messing around with the module due to not shutting fully and could this be the window mechanism? I have attached a youtube video of me showing the problem, any help will be much appriciated.

One very common reason is that windows lost they limits.
So go inside the car and close the doors, then open and close every window one by one so that you don't stop pushing the switch until its been after 3 sec when the window is close or open.

The SAM (Signal Acquisition Module) tell certain items how to function and holds vehicle/equipment specific coding.

It's under the rear seat you can see it looking at the base of the rear seat there's a rectangular plastic door cover where you can see the fuses if you pop off the door
