Screaming ABC pump
My friend has bought this CL500. Nice car. Way quicker and louder then a S500.
Car is running nice, transmission is fine and the brakes are great. Now the ABC, well the ABC is let's say having troubles.
First; it makes a loud screaming noise at all rpm's. I read a lot about this topic before posting here and the noise should come from the Pulsation Dampener. Although most say it should stop at 2000 rpm, this one makes noise all the time. The oil is white brownish so i already ordered new oil.
Second; the ABC does not work, car does not sag since i changed both fluid filters but it does not lift as well.
third; i get a code for low pressure
I already ordered oil and filter. Can i order the Pulsation Dampener rightaway or should i first flush the fluid and see what happens? Trying to do a good job without breaking the bank.

If the wArning comes and goes it's not locked the abc struts yet.
No icarsoft will not reset it . Get the new pump from Rockauto.com they call it a power steering pump on the online catalog . it's as much as the cost of the fluid . Get new abc and power steering filters too
