Broken Pass. Folding Mirror - Gears
So today someone pushed back my passenger side mirror (Power folding), (2004-CL600) and it looks like the gears are broken/stripped inside, it flops and doesn't open/fold like its supposed to.
Anyone know if there is a gear kit to fix this, or what to do to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Did you try using the buttons in the car to fold it back open? Without doing this it wont "lock" and will flop.
Try that first. The gears generally wont strip from a manual push in.
If something did break, parts are not sold separately. You can try to source a unit from a salvage yard or will have to purchase a new one specifying your color code.

Yeah, I already tried that, hoping it would re-calibrate itself.
There is definitely something broken inside it. It flops back and forth and you can see the gears turn sideways when you look up into it. Just didn't know if there was a way to fix it (Take apart, replace gearset), or if the whole unit had to come off and be replaced. Uggh.
