EPC net Online/STAR TekInfo price increase?
Has anyone renewed their subscription this year and have subscription prices increased for these online parts and technical resources? Old prices were "free" for one year and $19.00 for 24 hours. Prices on websites show $75.00 for one year and $60.00 for 24 hours, respectively. Have emailed MB Classic Center for clarification - awaiting response.

MBUSA Classic Center could not help, referred me to MBUSA Customer Support. Representative at Customer Support did not know why subscription prices had increased. Told me he would check with someone else in the group who might have an answer and get back to me. This was on Thursday, Jan. 14. Waiting.

Yes, so I am not alone. Found this thread googling about EPC price increase.
It looks like they just got greedy, $75/year just to look at the parts pictures is outrageous, first I though I somehow was redirected to the StarTek Info and for $75 that would be great, procedures, torque specs, etc. But to pay for something that is already in place and is used by their dealerships is not going to happen.
If they hope this will drive people to stealerships and talk to clueless parts reps, they were wrong.
Also maddening is the way they did it, no email, no heads up nothing.
