Have 01 CL500. can not access trunk. Battery dead, key open trunk lock but trunk only raises about an inch. Nothing binding. Looking for suggestions to access trunk to charge battery. Can I access lock mechanism if i remove the plate behind the license plate? Thanks for any tips.
