2003 SL 500
Question Cl 500 2001
I have a brilliant silver with oyster interior 2001 CL500 with 19,000 miles. I ordered a new SL and my dealer told me that my order got picked up and that the SL will be here in May. If I trade in my CL what price should I reasonably expect to get for the CL as a trade. The CL is in excellent condition and has everything on it except Distronic, keyless go, automatic trunk closer and sports package. The CL wheels are chromed. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Like what you said dealer trade in, get ready to reach for your ankles and get some serious shafting! lol! I would guesstimate about low $80's.

I'm very curious, 'cause I've seen dealerships pricing a used 2001 CL500 for high $90Ks, high $80s, and even low $80Ks...

It is a High 60's to very low 70's car to a dealer what a dealer asks and what they end up selling one for are 2 different things

Not officially, but they are talking in the 85K range. I will let you know the specifics, if we consummate the deal.
