ABS / ESP / Cruise Control non-functional

ABS / ESP / Cruise Control non-functional
hey MBZ hive mind--
2004 CL55.
Had a few random issues with my trunk--wire harness AND puck went out in quick succession. Had pulled a couple fuses, hoping i didn't screw anything in the rear seat fuse box (anyone have a real copy of that diagram btw? I have found three copies which show different amps) and got the trunk sorted...after which the car played dumb, wouldn't shift into 2nd, etc. So i let it sit a week. Now no problems except ABS, ESP warnings and no Cruise Control.
Any ideas? Checked every fuse, but everything looks okay...tho for some reason i'm eyeing those empty fuse locations suspiciously.
