Yellow Speed conversion question

Hi to all
Well, the moment has come for me - as it must come to all of us: Will you put more money into the ABC system, or bite the bullet (as we say in Texas) and fit the Yellow Speed coil-over conversion kit? I chose to do so, and just ordered the kit. 2003 CL 500

My question:
does the Yellow Speed strut re-use the stock (rubber) rear-upper strut mount? I had been told by a shop in the past that these were "worn out".
Must I replace the stock upper-rear mounts to use with the Yellow Speed struts?

Thank you. Any other advice also appreciated.

everything comes with the kit
don't worry
